1. Your name and other identifying information are used for verification that you are a student at the University of Victoria, and are never shared with other members of the server
2. In the event that an issue arises that requires intervention from the University Administration, University of Victoria Students’ Society, or other University governing body, information about your activity on the server, identifying information, and other pertinent information may be shared at the discretion of the Phasers executive council
3. At any time, you may rescind your membership on the Phasers Minecraft Server by emailing [email protected] with your name and Minecraft username. Your personal information will be deleted upon your request
